About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting walk-in and telephone customers Processing orders and managing medical software systems Verifying insurance coverage and obtaining authorizations Collecting medical documentation Taking payments and maintaining accurate records Handling multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with professionalism and attention to detail What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with strong communication and organizational skills.
