We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Aberdeen, Mississippi office. Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in serving our customers and supporting day-to-day operations. This position involves assisting customers by phone and in person, processing payments, scheduling service, and helping ensure an excellent customer experience. Primary Responsibilities Answer customer phone calls and assist with questions and service needs Process payments and maintain accurate customer records Schedule propane deliveries and service appointments Open and update customer accounts Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Provide information about Coombs Gas products and services Work closely with team members to support daily office operations Preferred Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Good computer and phone skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Attention to detail and documentation skills Experience with Microsoft Excel and other basic computer programs A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus, but not required Why Join Coombs Gas?
