Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative / Agent Trainee We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and motivated person to join our insurance agency as a Customer Service Representative / Agent Trainee . No insurance experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right person. This position will begin with customer service, answering phones, assisting customers, processing policy changes, and helping with daily office tasks. This role will grow into a licensed insurance agent position . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, dependable, comfortable using a computer, and enjoy helping people. Previous customer service, sales, office, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required. To apply, please complete an application.
