Customer Service Representative

Hood Canal Communications is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while promoting our broadband, video, and telephone services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist customers with billing inquiries, service orders, troubleshooting, and general account support. Accurately input customer data and maintain records in company systems. Promote and sell HCC products and services based on customer needs. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computers and data entry.
