The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders, answering questions about services, handling transactions, and ensuring garments are processed accurately. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up of garments Assemble clothing items to ensure accurate order tracking Answer customer inquiries over the phone or in-person Provide information about services, pricing, and turnaround times Examine garments for stains, damages, or instructions per customer's request Accurately process transactions, issue invoices, and handle cash register operations Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Follow dry-cleaning procedures and policy to ensure optimal service Bag and prepare cleaned garments for customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Match orders with customer tickets and verify all items are accounted for Qualifications No experience required, on-the-job training Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic computer skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Willingness to learn garment care processes and terminology
