Responsibilities:

Primary resources for inbound telephone calls to minimize workflow interruptions due to non-clinical-related customer inquiries, such as general prescription status or financial information. Answer patient questions and concerns during refill scheduling and transfer to the clinical team (pharmacists and nurses) when appropriate. Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment. Identify and report adverse events (AEs) and productplaints (PCs) to clinicians to ensure patient's safety

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with high accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams, with basic knowledge of Excel.

Pay Details:
