Customer Service Representative - Hereford, TX A clerical position provides essential administrative, clerical and general office support to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Key duties include scale operation, filing, data entry, answering phones, managing mail, customer service and handling basic bookkeeping. They often act as the first point of contact, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Common Responsibilities Scale Duties:

Entering data, weighing trucks, grading grains, confirmation of policies with high accuracy.

Data Entry & Management:

Updating records, Excel spreadsheets, and databases with high accuracy.

Administrative Support:

Filing documents, scanning, photocopying, and organizing records.

Communication:

Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls; sorting and distributing mail; and managing emails.

Customer/Visitor Service:

Greeting clients, answering inquiries, and directing visitors.

Office Maintenance:

Monitoring and ordering office supplies, maintaining clean, organized workspaces, and operating office equipment.

Key Qualifications & Skills Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required.

Experience:

Previous experience in a similar office or administrative role is often preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), AGRIS accounting system a plus, and general office hardware.

109010BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
