Customer Service Representative Faith Auto Glass & Tinting - 1.0 Temecula, CA Job Details Full-time $19 - $27 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Service writing Customer communication Client inquiry handling Attention to detail Automotive service Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Faith Auto Glass & Tinting is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Temecula / Murrieta. We are a growing automotive service company specializing in auto glass replacement, window tint, ADAS recalibrations, and premium vehicle services . We are looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicates well, stays organized, and can help support the daily flow of a busy front office. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, helping create a positive experience from the first call or message all the way through the completion of their service. You will be answering calls and texts, scheduling appointments, providing quotes, following up with customers, and helping keep communication clear between the office and technicians. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong attitude, good people skills, and a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, texts, and customer questions Scheduling appointments and helping manage the daily calendar Providing quotes for services Following up with leads and customer inquiries Assisting customers with service questions and general support Communicating with technicians and office staff to help keep jobs moving smoothly Entering and updating customer and job information Supporting daily front office operations and delivering excellent customer service What we're looking for: Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required What we offer: Competitive pay based on experience Training for the right candidate Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment A chance to be part of a company that takes pride in quality work and customer serviceLocation:
