We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative , with a strong focus on part-time availability , to support our Service and Sales teams by connecting with customers on unsold projects and helping convert opportunities into booked work. This is a great fit for someone looking for consistent part-time hours with flexibility , while still having the option to grow into a full-time role if desired. About the Role This position is primarily focused on outbound customer communication, follow-up, and scheduling. You'll work with customers who have already interacted with our team, helping guide them toward next steps while delivering a strong customer experience. You'll need to be organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to manage your time effectively in a structured but flexible environment.
