Customer Service Representative (Insurance)

Career Opportunity Summary:

Join our team as a Customer Service Rep. (our official title is Personal Lines Account Executive ), where you'll partner with clients, Sales Executives, and carrier partners to win new business, remarket accounts, and build strong, lasting relationships, all while making a real impact in a collaborative environment.

Office Location:

Merrill, WI | On-site position , Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30

PM Duties/Responsibilities:

Help customers choose the right insurance policies by providing quotes and clear information. Check policies for accuracy and suggest changes if needed. Provide excellent customer service. Keep customer records up to date in the system. Position Requirements Active Property and Casualty Insurance License. Experience in personal lines insurance (home, auto, etc.) Team player focused on customer satisfaction and retention. Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing. Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus.

Pay:

$23.00 - $24.00 per hour
