Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with questions and concerns related to waste and recycling collection services in Illinois. Responsibilities:

• Respond to a large volume of incoming customer calls each day regarding residential and commercial collection services.
• Assist customers by clarifying service details, addressing concerns, and guiding them toward effective resolutions.
• Manage conversations professionally in a busy call center environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
• Investigate service-related problems and apply practical solutions that support a positive customer experience.
• Record call details, updates, and outcomes accurately to maintain complete customer account information.
• Coordinate with coworkers and internal teams when needed while also handling assigned tasks independently.
• Balance multiple responsibilities at once, including call handling, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Support order-related requests and general account inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

The salary range for this position is $18 to $20. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
