The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in their ability to meet the needs of discerning clients, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives on problem-solving. What you'll be doing.... You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and text messaging. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to provide prompt, accurate responses to questions and ensure timely follow-ups on requests. Additional notes....
