Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant

Responsibilities Greet clients, visitors, and callers warmly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism at all times Direct inquiries efficiently, and provide accurate information about services or products Support daily office functions Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients or promote new offerings, utilizing strong communication skills Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment Provide bilingual support when needed to serve a diverse customer base effectively Requirements Experience in customer support is a plus Excellent communication skills in RUSSIAN; basic speaking English is also required.
