Customer Service Representative

About us Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is seeking a skilled customer service representative that can make a meaningful impact on the growth of the company. Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control is rapidly expanding throughout Texas. We are headquartered in Richardson, TX with satellite branches in Houston, and Dallas / Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio. We are seeking someone that is energetic, comfortable and confident around customers. One who is a quick learner, and wants to grow with a rising company.

Duties:

Data entry, demonstrating the highest speed and accuracy Running and keeping track of measurables at daily, weekly, and monthly intervals Answering emails, texts, and phone calls from customers with inquiries Interacting with technicians in the field, and assisting in dynamic routing and problem solving Phone and written interactions with customers and coworkers Facilitating scheduling between our centralized routing system and our customers

Skills/Attributes:

An energetic and positive disposition A willingness to be a team player Thrives in a small office environment Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and database entry Organized and efficient work demeanor Excellent grammar and correspondence skills One year of phone-based customer support experience preferred

Job Details:

Pay starts at $17 per hour, based on experience Hours 8:00 am-5:00 pm
