Our Guest Service Agents play a vital role in our organization by directly interacting with customers and assisting them with their hotel stay from check in to check out.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and register hotel guests. Answer questions and resolve guests' concerns Enter new guest information into the software system and communicate with those departments that need to know the information. Answer phones and make reservations Check in and out guests and ensure their billing is accurate. Qualifications Customer service experience Able to work evenings, nights, and weekends
