This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, connecting with people, and playing a key part in delivering an excellent customer experience. As a CSR, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. This role includes both inbound customer service and outbound calling to support scheduling, follow up on opportunities, and connect with homeowners who have expressed interest in electrical services. This role would also include occasional dispatching as needed. Fuller Electric is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner Provide a warm, professional, and reassuring experience on every call Serve as the primary point of contact for customers calling in for service requests or inquiries Make outbound calls to follow up on unsold estimates and check in with past customers Contact homeowners who have recently requested or shown interest in electrical services to help them schedule Efficiently dispatch technicians to customer locations based on their availability, skills, and proximity Coordinate with the service team to schedule and prioritize service calls to meet customer expectations Support daily scheduling needs and help keep technicians' schedules full Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and service logs Assist in administrative tasks and maintain a well-organized work environment Work closely with a small team and step in where needed to support the day Light office cleaning (such as taking out trash and vacuuming)Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Strong phone presence that is friendly, confident, and easy to talk to Friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive customer experience Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone Positive attitude with a natural ability to build rapport quickly Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Team-oriented and willing to jump in to help wherever needed Basic computer skills and comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Preferred butNot Required:
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative and/or Dispatch Service Representative is a plus Familiarity with Service Titian is a plus Familiarity with electrical terminology and products is NOT required Experience with outbound calling or follow-up sales Experience with data entry Spanish or additional language skillsBenefits:
