Job Description

Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by providing product and service information. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Multi-tasking Experience Requirements:
Familiarity with various billing systems, Excel and Microsoft office software a plus Previous experience in a billing system, especially in customer account setup/updating, preferred but not required
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
