Customer Service Representative

Souhegan Septic Tank Services is looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to assist in our ever growing service lines. We are in need of office staff to field phone calls, schedule service appointments, and perform vital-day-to day duties revolving around inspecting, maintaining, and repairing underground septic systems. A candidate should be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multitask, attain strong computer skills, and have good customer service skills. Experience in Office, Excel, and QuickBooks would be a plus. Fielding phone calls, scheduling/dispatching, invoicing, customer contracts/proposals, and accounts receivables, are some of the responsibilities. While prior industry experience is definitely a plus, we are happy to train and provide field experience to the perspective candidate to help gain a better understanding of the nuisances of our various service lines. .
