Company Overview Master Cleaners is a fourth-generation, family-owned dry cleaning business serving customers in Suffolk, VA. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality garment care while developing long-term relationships with the people we serve. Position Summary Master Cleaners is looking for a courteous and dependable Customer Service Representative to become part of our team. This position is often the first interaction customers have with our business and plays an important role in ensuring each visit is positive through attentive and professional assistance. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a welcoming and professional way. Accurately handle payments and complete transactions. Answer customer questions both in person and over the phone. Clearly communicate services offered, pricing, and expected turnaround times. Assist with addressing customer concerns in a patient and helpful manner. Keep the front counter area clean, orderly, and presentable. Qualifications No prior experience necessary — training is provided. Ability to work in a warm environment. Ability to remain standing for extended periods. Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs. Comfortable working independently as well as with a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
