Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately Utilize computer skills to update customer records, process data entry tasks, and maintain accurate filing systems Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns with patience and clarity while practicing proper phone etiquette Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and office management practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating a positive environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority!
