Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Customer Service Representative is the main liaison between the company and our customers. Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Inbound and Outbound account management. Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships. Respond to all customer quotes
PROMPTLY
via phone, fax, or email. Enter quotes, sales orders, work orders, purchase orders, delivery receipts, certs, etc. into computer system. Follow up outstanding quotes. Communicate daily with management and proper outside sales rep regarding quotations, orders, customer issues, etc. Various filing, administrative, and sales duties as required. Attend training as required. Visit customers as required. Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Must be able to work as part of a team High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
