Customer Service Representative

In this front-line role, you'll help customers with payments, billing questions, account updates, and general service needs while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Accept and process customer payments while maintaining accurate records and cash handling practices. Assist customers with account setup, account changes, service questions, and billing-related inquiries. Answer incoming calls, resolve routine questions, and direct more complex issues to the appropriate team. Support daily office operations through administrative tasks, reports, deposits, and other clerical duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. One year of experience in customer service, cashiering, bookkeeping, or a related office support role preferred. Comfort using computers, standard office equipment, and everyday business software. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills with a dependable, team-oriented approach. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required upon hire. Drug testing and a criminal background check are required. Work Environment This role is based in a professional office environment and is well suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities, stay detail-oriented, and deliver excellent service throughout the day.
