Customer Service Representative - 1st Shift

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Common tasks Enter inbound and outbound load information to the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Regularly interact with customers via phone, email and in person conversations. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external customers. Check in and bill out truck drivers in a timely manner while offering top tier customer service. Complete required daily paperwork including export documents. Utilize the WMS to manage and track inventory, confirm orders and complete billing. Coordinate with the warehouse teams to ensure efficiency. Answer phones, filing, and other general office duties. Preferred Experience and Education At least 2 years of customer service experience required, experience with Inventory management, AR or AP preferred.
