  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Duties Greet customers warmly at the front desk and assist with inquiries via multi-line phone systems Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and office correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through processes Maintain office operations by managing phone etiquette, office supplies, and clerical tasks such as filing and record keeping Support administrative functions including bookkeeping, billing, and basic office management duties Assist with special projects such as medical or dental receptionist tasks, including patient check-in/out and appointment coordination Skills Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and data entry best practices Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Join us in delivering outstanding customer service while advancing your career in a vibrant office setting!
