In this role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our company, providing exceptional support to clients while actively driving sales growth. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to connect with diverse customers will help foster long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Assist clients with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting to ensure a positive experience Promote products and services effectively, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions Process cash handling transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies Requirements Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills are required.
