Customer Service Representative Location:

East Syracuse, NY 13057 | Onsite (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; hybrid after training)

Pay Rate:

$25/hr Responsibilities Provide pre-delivery and after-sale customer support, including product ordering, availability checks, and delivery coordination Support sales and order management teams with daily operational tasks Run and analyze daily reports to support strategic account management Coordinate equipment orders and monitor order progress to ensure timely delivery Prepare warranty registrations and compile morning summary reports Resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma/GED with five years of customer service experience, or Associate's Degree with three years of customer service experience, or Bachelor's Degree with one year of customer service experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in report generation and data analysis Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
