Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Duties Greet customers promptly and courteously at the front desk or via multi-line phone systems, creating a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel. Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer skills, including updating customer records and maintaining filing systems. Assist with office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing documents. Support administrative functions including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and performing clerical tasks like filing and photocopying. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software to streamline office operations and record keeping. Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Previous office experience including front desk duties, clerical work, or administrative support. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and data entry processes such as bookkeeping or medical/dental receptionist tasks. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records; typing speed is advantageous.
