Summary:
Performs a critical role in our operations by providing an interface between customer and company. This interface is essential to building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and consumers and meeting our business and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Promptly answer questions and concerns professionally and courteously by providing accurate and appropriate responses, both written and verbal, ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Accurately and efficiently process order transactions received via mail, fax or phone . Audit entry to ensure accurate terms, pricing, due dates and ship-to's. Document all purchase order changes. 3. Obtain and evaluate all relevant and mandatory information from complaints, tactfully handling difficult or stressful situations. 4. Maintain off-line log of all calls received. 5. Perform data analysis on customer accounts as required or requested. 6. You will also perform the following duties: 7. Review open order reports identifying late orders and investigate reason for delay, communicate delays to appropriate sales manager, reps and or/or customer and update order in system as approved. 8. Review and manage internal routing of Customer Routing Guides updating master comments as necessary. 9. Properly open and close front office. 10. Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure all visitors log in/out. 11. Maintain the order/packing list filing system. 12. Deliver fax messages. 13. Process internal Fed Ex overnight requests. 14. Manage administrative requests. 15. Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office copiers. 16. Manage administrative requests

Customer Service Manager Qualifications:
People working in this position must be very detail-oriented and work with a high degree of accuracy with the ability to multitask effectively with a High School diploma or 3 years related experience. ➢ Knowledge of basic computer operations with proficiency in Word and Excel ➢ Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices ➢ Dependable ➢ Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes quickly ➢ Solid problem-analysis, problem-solving and follow through skills ➢ Strong listening, communication and interpersonal skills ➢ Has initiative and takes on additional responsibilities ➢ Recommends process improvements ➢ Continually maintains working knowledge of products
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
