About this role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily customer inquiries, order accuracy, and cross-department issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and services Resolve shipping and order issues (damaged goods, incorrect shipments, tracking, freight discrepancies, etc.) Coordinate with Imports and Purchasing teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues Issue credits, returns labels, and shipping corrections as needed Track and correct carrier address updates and delivery errors Run and distribute customer service and error reports for sales and warehouse teams Support international customer service needs Assist with sales order entry and inbound sales calls when needed Assign and manage daily/weekly/monthly error reporting for internal teams Qualifications Associate's degree required At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role Why join us?
