Job Description

We are seeking multiple customer service representative to join our Concord, NH call center team. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls related to delinquent balances, payment plans, financial hardships, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and empathetic manner Assist customers with past-due balances, payment arrangements, and financial hardship options Navigate and update the Customer Information System to review accounts and document interactions Work with customers to identify solutions that balance customer needs with company policies Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer inquiries This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced call center environment.
