You will play a key role in client relations, policy servicing, and administrative coordination while enjoying opportunities to grow into an Agent role, if desired, through our commission-sharing program. What You'll Do Insurance & Customer Service Excellence Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and in person—leveraging your insurance knowledge to resolve inquiries quickly and accurately. Use your knowledge to run accurate home and auto insurance quotes as an assistant to the producer Process personal lines applications and trailing documents with accuracy and a strong understanding of industry requirements. Use your service experience to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling appropriate insurance products. Administrative & Operational Support Perform precise data entry and maintain accurate records of policy updates, customer interactions, quotes, and service requests. Support office operations through professional scheduling, follow-up communication, calendar management, and document organization. Coordinate customer touchpoints and ensure timely responses to maintain high satisfaction levels. Professional Insight & Improvement Apply your industry experience to evaluate customer feedback, streamline workflows, and suggest service enhancements. Uphold professional communication standards and strong phone etiquette during high-volume customer interactions. What You Bring Active 440 or 220 license preferred . Proven experience in personal lines insurance service, agency operations, or insurance processing. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate insurance concepts clearly to clients. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry skills. Knowledge of sales principles, cross-selling strategies, and client engagement best practices. Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Multilingual abilities (especially English + another language) are highly valued.
