Support the team by performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or follow-up communications. Experience 3-5 years of customer service experience, ideally within a healthcare or medical office setting. Bilingual abilities in English plus additional languages are preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically over the phone and in writing. Knowledge of phone etiquette best practices and customer service principles essential for creating positive interactions. Analysis skills to assess customer needs accurately and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
