Customer Service Representative

Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator Aire Serv of Central North Carolina is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our growing team.

This position will assist with:

answering customer calls scheduling HVAC service and maintenance appointments confirming appointments customer follow-up calls helping maintain a positive customer experience supporting daily office operations

Responsibilities:

Schedule service and maintenance appointments Confirm upcoming appointments with customers Make outbound follow-up calls Assist with customer communication and updates Enter and update customer information in ServiceTitan Work alongside office staff, dispatch, and technicians to help keep scheduling organized and efficient

Qualifications:

Strong communication and phone skills Friendly and professional attitude Comfortable using computers and learning software quickly Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized and dependable Willingness to learn ServiceTitan quickly is

REQUIRED

Customer service experience preferred ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating a positive customer experience. This role is important because you'll often be the first impression customers have of our company. Pay depends on experience.
