  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, DEPENDABLE, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and client services, ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Provide outstanding client services by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries. Assist customers with billing payments and questions. Analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless flow of information and support. Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Experience with outbound calling is a plus. Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly. Familiarity with office environments and standard office software is beneficial.
