Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer interactions and administrative tasks for a contract position based in Texas. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a thorough and timely manner across approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records by organizing, updating, and retrieving documents as needed for daily operations.
• Assist customers with service-related questions and provide clear information to help resolve routine issues.
• Process and file paperwork with attention to detail to support efficient office and service workflows.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure customer requests are addressed promptly and correctly.
• Monitor incoming requests and follow up on outstanding items to help maintain service standards.
• Support event-related administrative tasks, including referencing purchase order number 26448 when required.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by handling interactions with patience, courtesy, and care.
