Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd. has 6 US entities: York Container Pennsylvania, York Container Elgin, Skybox Packaging, Stand Fast Group, Blackhawk Corrugated, and Champion Container Corp; with locations in Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for Champion Container. This Customer Service Representative will come with extensive experience in customer service working on various order and administrative queries from customers.Job Responsibilities:
- Works with customer service, shipping, and customers to manage the full life order cycle from order entry to customer delivery.
- Maintain and create orders for customers using our internal ERP system.
- Coordinate shipping information for pickup or delivery to customer and or warehouse locations.
- Process debits and credits, and review and process customer invoicing.
- Maintain customers price files in collaboration with the corporate customer service team.
- Work with internal and external customers to troubleshoot and expedite customer needs.
- Communicate with customers on their order project status, answering enquiries on shipment dates, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience required.
- Two to three years' experience in a manufacturing or customer service position.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (excel, word, teams and outlook).
- Must have a valid US passport with the ability to travel to Canada for training and meetings, as required.
- Must have strong attention to detail and follow up skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems and data management programs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Must have effective communication and troubleshooting skills.
