Job Description

Customer Service Representative Company Information Dilmar Oil Company is a family-owned business operating since 1932 as a petroleum and lubricant distributor. Dilmar distributes various lubricants, oils, greases, and other petroleum products as well as fluid reclamation services. Continues to be one of the largest Lubricant Distributors in the Southeast. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing professional and quality customer service skills for company clients. A CSR must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the customer wisely to achieve maximum results. The CSR will be expected to maintain exceptional service, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure all customers remain satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Provide elite customer service to new and existing customers on a wide range of requests Process sales order transactions received with 100% accuracy by following procedures Work with internal departments to coordinate order fulfillment by following procedures Work within a team environment Work in an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system with ease and efficiency Coordinate freight shipments when necessary Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers and alternative solutions Provide feedback on any internal or external customer-related issues to your manager Any additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager. Requirements High School Diploma Minimum of 2 years' experience in an industrial commodity-based customer service call center required Possess a strong sense of business acumen Ability to work with continuous interruptions Ability to promote and upsell additional products to customers Ability to interact and maintain a positive approach and attitude when communicating with customers, peers, and management Ability to learn quickly as well as keep up with the changes in policies, the client's products and/or services Ability to navigate and multi-task with a variety of applications while conversing with the customer Ability to learn and understand the basic uses of oils, lubricants, and filters, associated nomenclature, and catalog information to meet customer needs Ability to continuously perform all tasks listed above to the Company's expectations Microsoft Office experience
