Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Milton Propane is seeking a customer service representative. The ideal candidate should be very organized, be able to multi-task, have great customer service skills and general computer experience.

General Expectations:

Provide the best customer service to our existing and potential new customers. Computer experience with the ability to learn new programs and software unique to our industry. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel along with data entry skills. A team player with goals to meet company expectations and provide customer satisfaction. A positive attitude, attention to detail, dependability and a strong work ethic.

Daily Job Duties:

Answer all incoming customer calls along with helping any walk-in customers. Posting daily delivery routes and payments. Completing and balancing cash and check deposits daily, along with processing any credit card payments. Reconciling customer accounts and collection on past due accounts. Processing completed service work and handling new account paperwork. Scheduling of service work and assisting the manager with routing the delivery drivers. Office organizing and filing. Our regular business hours are Monday

• Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. We offer a summer schedule effective Memorial Day
• Labor Day with hours shifting to Monday
• Thursday 7:00am to 4:30pm and Fridays 7:00am-11:00am.

We are seeking a full-time individual who can work during our scheduled business hours. In addition to hourly wage, we offer a quarterly commission program.
