Customer Service Representative

Provide courteous and helpful customer service; stock and maintain cleanliness of store and stockroom. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and previous cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Cherokee History and culture preferred. Ability to maintain a professional status through interface with customers. Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers. Provides customer service in a courteous and helpful manner. Stocks shelves ensuring all shelves are filled. Prices all merchandise. Fills all orders including mail, phone, web site, and e-mail orders. Cleans and maintains cleanliness of counter tops and fronts of counters, windows, doors and tops of shelves. Empties all trashcans and puts in new trash liners. Sweeps and vacuums all floors. No supervisory/management authority. Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
