The National Accounts Customer Service Rep will play a key role in fulfilling the process of receiving, interpreting, entering, shipping and completing Customer orders for products and services of Sika.
Utilizing the Sales and Distribution module of SAP. Follow and remain proficient in procedures to enter and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. This position will be responsible for servicing National Accounts and Data Center business.
Monitor SAP generated back-order lists, open billing lists, scheduled picking and shipping lists, etc., to fulfill and stay ahead of Customer's orders and related needsPromptly answer questions from Customers as they arise.
