In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a welcoming office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer support, office management, and administrative functions within a fast-paced setting. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person, delivering friendly and professional service. Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, directing calls, and maintaining a positive reception area. Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and process transactions using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining accurate records to support office efficiency. Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for team members or clients, ensuring timely follow-up. Support office management duties including inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Provide bilingual support when needed to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry systems. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls professionally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients. Knowledge of office management practices including filing, proofreading, bookkeeping, and calendar management is preferred.
