Responsibilities Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, managing multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information promptly Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other office management software Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization Handle phone etiquette with professionalism on all calls, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions Requirements Becoming licensed will be a requirement within 6 months of employment. Skills Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office equipment such as printers and fax machines Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated phone etiquette skills combined with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
