This individual will be responsible for supporting warehouse and logistics operations by assisting customers, managing order inquiries, coordinating communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records within the warehouse management system. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, previous warehouse or logistics support experience, and must have Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Located in Greenfield, Indiana Duties and Responsibilities Provide customer support regarding orders, shipments, and inventory inquiries Maintain accurate records and updates within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and operations teams to resolve issues Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation processes Respond to customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner Support daily warehouse and logistics operations as needed Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer and shipment information Requirements and Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned schedule — (Salary range based on experience) —
