Although classified as a Customer Exprience Representative position, the role involves a higher level of complexity, including cross-functional responsibilities, independent decision-making, and specialized knowledge beyond typical customer service functions. There are multiple opportunities for growth and advancement as we are growing at light speed and adding multiple business divisions such as Auto glass and Auto Towing!! Join our dynamic team as a Customer Experience Representative and become the vital link between our company and valued clients! Whether assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, you'll play a key part in creating memorable experiences that keep clients coming back. Duties Knowledge of automotive services, repair processes, or willingness to learn quickly Ability to communicate with technicians and translate technical info to customers Experience with insurance claims, estimates, or service coordination (huge plus) Ability to upsell or recommend services based on customer needs Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision Experience handling scheduling logistics, dispatching, or workflow management Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chats Provide accurate information about services, and account details to enhance customer understanding Resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction Continuously communicate with customers throughout the repair process Maintain detailed records of interactions using customer relationship management (CRM) systems Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client requests, deliver status Updates Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse audiences Support client services by analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements for service delivery Scheduling appoinments for inspections and Repairs based on internal hours calendar Admin Office Support to estimators Communicate updates and scheduling sublet repairs and communicating with insurance companies Manage Rental Car Fleet and scheduling of cars Additional Duties to be discussed during interview process Requirements Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is desirable Auto Claims experience is a plus but not a requiremen Collision Center experience is a plus but not requirement Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite required Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner Ability to handle cash transactions confidently when necessary and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center environments is advantageous Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues proactively Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for helping others makes a real difference! Pay:
