Customer Service Representative (In-Office)

IND123 Hey there! Lednor Home Solutions, a major home improvement company in the US, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Rep. You get to work for a well-known brand with awesome benefits. You'll be talking to people on the phone, texting, and emailing, describing our products and services. You'll also qualify leads and set up in-home sales consultations. Now, let's talk about what's in it for you! You'll get paid between $17 and $20 an hour, with a performance based bonus program. There's also extra $$$ for success rate on converting leads into appointments/conversions etc. Top performers make well over $20 an hour. There's also an employee discount and paid training. Curious about the operating hours? The job is in our Millersville, MD office. You'll work up to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime. The shifts are Monday to Friday, either 11 AM to 7 PM or 12 PM to 8 PM (training hours are 8 AM to 4 PM). Some weekend shifts are required after training is complete, and we appreciate flexibility. Here are the skills we are looking for: We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of call center, customer service, scheduling, dispatch or lead generation experience via phone . Home improvement or home services experience is a plus. You should have excellent communication skills, outgoing, self-motivated,and punctual. You should be good with computers and data entry, and you must pass a background screening. Here are the necessary qualifications for the role:

Qualifications:

5+ years of call center/customer service, scheduling, dispatch or lead gen experience via phone. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business, finance, or customer service is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
