Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about insurance policies and services Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, billing questions, and coverage options using professional phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client requests, gather necessary information, or promote additional insurance products aligned with customer needs Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support clients with technical issues related to online portals or mobile apps by guiding them through troubleshooting steps Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Handle cash transactions or payments securely when required, demonstrating attention to detail and integrity in cash handling procedures Qualifications Proven experience in customer support roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases. Spanish speaker highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks Excellent phone etiquette with active listening skills and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach initiatives is preferred Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and offer appropriate solutions confidently Familiarity with customer service best practices, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving aptitude Join us to make a meaningful impact by delivering outstanding client service!
