Job Description

We're looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions and coordinate service support for Porta Kleen sanitation operations. This role ensures accurate order processing, clear communication, and responsive service across construction, event, and emergency service environments. What You'll Bring Customer-focused problem solving

  • Clearly communicates with customers, drivers, and internal teams via phone and email High attention to detail
  • Accurately enters orders, updates accounts, and tracks service changes Organizational strength in fast-paced environments
  • Manages multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness and accuracy What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls and emails, providing timely and professional support Process new service orders, schedule updates, and account changes in internal systems Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Communicate route changes, service needs, and scheduling updates to internal teams Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and tracking systems Document service issues in the Daily Quality Defect Log and assist with resolution follow-up Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism Escalate complex service or billing issues to leadership as needed Support billing accuracy by ensuring service details and account information are correct Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily office operations What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or related experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems; CRM or dispatch software experience preferred Ability to work in an office setting for 8-10 hour shifts with extended periods of sitting and computer use Strong typing and computer navigation skills with frequent repetitive hand and wrist motion Ability to review digital and written information for extended periods and maintain accuracy Flexibility to work overtime or adjust schedule during peak service periods Benefits and Perks Competitive salary with opportunities for career growth and advancement Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and floating holidays Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to give back to your community Employee referral bonus program Wellness benefits that support your overall health and well-being Opportunities for professional development, training, and leadership growth Collaborative and supportive team environment Stable company with long-term career opportunities Who Thrives Here You enjoy meaningful work and take pride in contributing to a team that values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
