Here's What You'll Need:

1-2 years of customer service experience required Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Professional, patient, and empathetic demeanor Strong organizational and time management skills Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred Bilingual candidates preferred Customer Support (External): Greet customers professionally and respond to inquiries with courtesy and urgency Enter and manage new patient orders, resolving incomplete orders with patients, providers, and payers Provide phone and email support for returns, shipping issues, transfers, refill requests, and general inquiries Communicate expected timelines and proactively notify customers of delays Respond to voicemail and emails within 24 business hours Deliver customer training for new medical device users

Internal Coordination:

Act as liaison between customers and internal departments (shipping, service, sales, etc.) Resolve issues through clear communication and collaborative problem-solving Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and complete order documentation Support process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed "I learned so much working with Staffmark.
