Pay:

$20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Job description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support daily customer service operations, including processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with shipping and documentation. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities:

Process a high volume of customer orders via phone, email, and electronic systems Accurately enter and maintain customer and order information Answer incoming calls and assist with product, order, and shipping inquiries Create and organize shipping labels and documentation Process invoices and prepare orders for shipping Assist with occasional plant support tasks such as labeling Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required (manufacturing or retail preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Experience with logistics or shipping is a plus Must have closed-toe shoes for occasional plant work Must have reliable transportation
