Job Description
PRIDESTAFF
is currently seeking a professional and dependableCUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE
for a medical supply distributor located in the New Lenox, IL area. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. 1st shift: 8:30am-4:30pmM-F Pay:
$21-23 (DOE)RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and orders in a timely manner. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Learn to identify customer needs in order to recommend the appropriate product. Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up to ensure resolution. Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer issues. Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer customer questions.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Able to reset/adjust priorities as the business demands. Managing day-to-day tasks while carrying projects to successful completion. Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow- ups in a timely manner. Work independently in a deadline driven environment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Enthusiastic and proactive team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in the basic features of all Microsoft Office and Outlook products. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and deliver on expectations.
